 Here's a bot I enjoy following. I never boost it because it posts images without alt text (and there basically no way for it to do so* without its author manually writing thousands of captions) but if you want to see some wild clip art from 1994, @1994clipart is one of my favs *please don't say AI captioning thanks 6 comments
@darius @1994clipart there used to be a second bot on twitter that would reply to this bot with a far higher res, antialiased rasterization of the same clip art. When twitter changed their rules to require bots to be more polite about interjecting in replies it went away, and I still miss it. A robot reply guy excited to show me CorelDRAW! art in self-named “glorious HD.” @darius @ja2ke I am indeed struggling with how to get alt text into @1994clipart, and yeah, initial tests with AI captioning was...not promising. That said, if you have requests for high-def versions of specific clip art, I can make those...I just haven't set up a bot to do it systematically (yet?). |

@darius How do you find the interesting bots here? I only learn of them when someone boosts them. I wish botsinspace had a directory...
