@Gargron the registration process has to be become much easier. Choosing a server is confusing for novice users. Maybe the user can be offered to either be assigned to a random server or choose their own server.

Reminds me of good old times when logging in IRC. DALnet had setup IRC.dal.net has a gateway to a random server and that was a big hit.
