@cwebber No. Basically, you could set up your own Signal-style network using their protocol and hosting your own servers, but you would not be able to get your third-party application permission to connect to Signal's servers.

 @darius Yeah, I've avoided Signal for this reason for a very long time. But I'm participating in a group that really wants to coordinate on Signal so... I guess... |
