Also get out of the habit of scrolling for hours, I dip in for a few minutes here and there through the day and if I miss something I miss something, no big deal x
@Shrigglepuss This is easier when you don't curate the feed. I like to spend most of my time in the wide-open #fediverse with its wild mix of languages, topics, and takes. Feels like I'm "allowed" to dip in and out without feeling FOMO.
