What GUI toolkits have drag-n-drop builders? I heard there is one in GNOME Builder for GTK. Because of uni, I also know of something called Visual Studio. What else?

One can hate Microsoft and Visual Studio with all their might, but I really enjoy WinForms experience.

@neauoire in the center, there is a window you are building. On the left, there is a toolbox of available widgets, you can drag any element from here and drop it on the window. On the right, there is a configurator for the selected element. You can also double-click on any element and write code.

@bouncepaw I think there's some kind of ui builder interfece buried in xcode somewhere, but I've never seen it used.
