@Gargron I’ve recently researched the shit out of this, only to go back to incandescent light bulbs, because LED CRI is still not great.
Both my wife and I are sensitive to bad CRI and flickering (ADHD/Autism spectrum); that’s why we tested basically all the bulbs.
There’s actually some LED video light panels out there that are better than any LED bulbs, so hopefully higher CRI is on the horizon soon. Right now, if I had to choose LED, I’d use Cree brand (not sure if available in Europe).
