• Not listing YouTube videos is censoring youtubers.
• Putting nasty videos in the search results denies access to people that excludes.
• Showing only videos that match the search query is censoring videos that don't match the search query.
A search engine is a tool. The question we should be asking is: would this make it a more useful tool? (We should also ask "what are the potential side-effects?", but pragmatically.)
@nergal @FediVideos Though crowd tagging sounds like a good idea! How would you envisage that working, and do you think you could make a little search engine that worked that way?
