It is interesting to me how people turn what they know into what they don't know sometimes without even realizing. Like it's not a secret that I am German, but by writing "German-born" in place of "German" it's no longer correct because those are not the same thing.

@Gargron Wonderful. Germany is amazing and I have family living west of Frankfurt and my 7th great-grandfather was born in Mainz. I was born a Brit!

just wait until they start turning what they know into something they know will hurt you: like referring to Mastodon as "Twitter with NAZIS, built by GERMAN Rochko"...

I mean they described kolektiva.social as "built by" them instead of you so I wouldn't put it past them XD
