Look at this VK 3.0 profile mockup I dug up. Here, we're using a square profile pic, but there's enough info to fill the space to the right of it: the name, the presence state, and the status line. Out of these, #Smithereen currently only has the name. So I guess I'll just leave most of it blank for now?..
Status line is a weird holdover from the pre-microblog days. Presence only makes sense if there's messaging (which I might have in distant future via Matrix protocol).
