@Gargron But with the ads and everything else, there's no way in the world Twitch isn't profiting from this. Twitch is essentially a 24-hr game selling machine no matter what else might be going on as far as the stream itself is concerned. Of course as a clever GNU/Linux user (or just use mpv or vlc), I don't see ads, but a lot still do. I'm just trying to tell people to be careful and donate to the charity directly instead of just being more data for them to collect. Free isn't free, you know.
