@Gargron What does Hash2Pub do or what the testbed does?

The testbed runs 100 instances of Hash2Pub simultaneously, fed with posts from a data sample of Twitter hashtags.
Hash2Pub is a DHT-based distributed post relay that allows subscribing to hashtags and shall one day drive an ActivityPub-relay interface. So far it only speaks a simple mockup relay HTTP protocol.
