The Loops license is AGPL:

The AGPL is pretty a common license with Fediverse software.

(For example, it is the same license Mastodon uses.)

I'm referring to the loops.video ToS:

Which I see now has been changed 5 days ago to something sane.

Someone posted to a blog post all about the previous license on this thread. It was not ok.
