@SocialGaff yeah i try really hard to make sure posts like this come off as a suggestion rather than, like, “real allies *have* to do this” because i definitely remember, while i thought i was cis, really wanting to add “they” to my pronouns for years and not feeling able to…for some reason… (it was an eggshell that was desperately trying not to crack).

but yeah, when cis people feel ok about it and do it, it makes me really happy. it’s a little thing that really does matter.
