 Apps preemptively banning themselves is a new concept to me. Over here you usually just get a network error. Or a redirect to some kind of ISP-provided page saying "this is blocked" if you happen to use plaintext http  @grishka @samhenrigold Probably because on the Gov side they are still working on possibilities for the service to be acquired, so they do not bother blocking the whole thing yet, only Tiktok is required to stop providing the service for the time being. |
