@TimWardCam @nekoewen Oh absolutely, I didn't realise they sent it like that but it isn't a surprise. I tried to get a dashcam video to them, it was near on impossible. Can't use thumb drives, can't send attachments in mail, can't download from secure cloud drives. I put it on an old phone, lent them that and said, there you fo, over to you to work out how to use a 15 minute video of someone trying not to fall off the road. |
@RosePuckey @nekoewen Yeahbut IMO that's not good enough for "here's the evidence for the fine you've got to pay in the next xx days", it should be something the punter can just watch.
What's worse, they send it on an optical disk!! - I did have an old laptop that I hadn't thrown out yet with an optical drive, but not everybody has one of those.
