@Gargron Are you looking for a resolver or for a nameserver for your domains?
As the latter I currently use dns.he.net/.
Remember that you can always host your own (both resolver and name server) of course.

Well, mastodon.social is no longer using Cloudflare DNS. That was a good reminder for me to make the switch I'd already planned.
