Gregory's Server@StevenSavage Betting Musk's experience of contributing to Wikipedia as a volunteer is less than nil, so he wouldn't understand that the budgeted amount would be spent on moderation, conflict resolution etc. to protect volunteers.
I was literally stalked by someone on Wikitree and the cunning bastard got me kicked out and to this day I don't know what his problem was. The conflict resolution people were volunteers with zero qualifications.
