I cannot donate to Wikipedia, as (at least when I've checked their privacy policies related with donors) they share donor's info with all of their branches, including the one in Chi*.
If they 100% promise they share the info within HQ and the branch at witch the donor belongs to only, I can. (Not so much, though.)
