i liberated this green papaya from someone’s front yard a week or so ago… finally made it into a salad today. it had been marinating in some mirin+water for a few days. i was also super stoked to find some chiles in a community garden today, so those are also present. everything else was acquired from a discount grocery store.
it’s essentially a classic Thai green papaya salad with slightly fermenting papaya, really happy how it came out.
