@Gargron I dunno. I think it's like wholesale/retail. Eg, Amazon only just recently started up here in Australia. Prior to that, they wouldn't deliver to Aust. If an enterprising USAmerican had've been prepared to, they could have been the middle man for Aust shoppers. And charged a markup for it.
