Gregory's Server@LouThomas @Daojoan yes and I think the misogyny has been turned up because they are all having an extinction burst. The men who have been able to evolve over time are fine. They have emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills and they’re doing just fine. But the men who can’t evolve are having an extinction burst and it’s going to get worse before it gets better. They mostly default to violence that’s why it’s been so bad lately.
@maggiejk @Daojoan Yes, there was an extinction burst in response to #metoo, and before it could completely end we had Trump's election, which some took as positive reinforcement for misogynistic behavior, resulting in a long-suppressed howl of relieved affirmation. I'm getting reports from online friends who are women that the "your body, my choice" creeps are completely off the chain. So if the burst was a desperate attempt to see if misogyny could still reap rewards, that prayer appears to have been answered by Trump's election. And yes, violence is right there in their racist/nationalist/sexist toolkit.
