@ainmosni @Daojoan yes office culture has the additional twist of “pretty privilege”, which isn’t actually a privilege if you’re working in an office with older women. And if you are too pretty, too curvy, then you run into problems in the office with dress code. Even if you’re wearing the same exact thing that a thin non-curvy woman is wearing you will get accused of being inappropriate. (Not me, I am the thin woman in this scenario, but it has ALWAYS upset me that women with shape deal with this.)
