@Gargron Probably because I'm a Ruby noob, but I'm finding it difficult to find what the `object` property is being filled with. From what I understand `spec/lib/activitypub/activity/announce_spec.rb` does not quite align with what you've said. I'm not trying to disprove anything, I'm just trying to find what exactly is shared 🙂 No need to reply to this if you are busy with more important things!
