@indirection I don’t see why one would do it, but I’m sure there are use cases.
@thegibson because Email can map directly onto ActivityPub. They are functionally equivalent. 🙂
I think the current Mastodon interface would be terrible for this though. My plan is hopefully for ActivitySub to fix this. (see my latest posts...)
