And the iOS app not having the mute conversation / thread feature at all drives me nuts.

@gamingonlinux I have been using the app called Ivory on iOS. Its usually a step ahead in features. As a social media nobody, I havenโ€™t had this issue though.

@gamingonlinux You know that there are 3rd party apps, right? You don't have to use the official one. Plus most of the alternatives are better than the official one.

@gamingonlinux Go to the offending person's profile and mute that person from the "..." settings link.

@gamingonlinux My apologies. That's always worked for me. Was only trying to help. Sorry it's not working for you.

@JustRosy itโ€™s not about a person, itโ€™s about a specific conversations, as stated in the OP

@gamingonlinux Oh, you're trying to delete the conversation, not block it? Yeah, I don't think there's a way to do that. I'm newer than a lot of people, so maybe someone else knows something. Sorry I couldn't help.

Likewise there's no following/subscribing to a conversation you're not involved. A lot of the time I want to get notifications from a post without bugging people, but there's no way to do that, as far as I know.

Here's some Github issues I could find:
