@bgrinter @drahardja I could argue that going smartwatch was going backwards. It is so mentally exhausting. But then you realize you have heart issues and having a basic ECG handy is not so bad.

@Ericthebeeover2 @bgrinter @drahardja you too? Sorry to hear. That Hamilton looks clean, I like self winding models. @darth @drahardja same - for me it’s general health and fitness. As I get older the doctor reminds me to keep active and eat better so it’s more a health watch than anything smart watch @bgrinter @drahardja I might get a Withings Scanwatch Nova someday, but it’s a bit pricey. I am not a fan of charging all the time so Withings would help with that and it looks like a watch :-) @mattesilver @bgrinter @drahardja there is a lot of mental health issues in the world right now as well. this is tightly connected and can't just be fixed with: "start living healthy as a decision". In theory it can, in practice not very easy. @mattesilver @darth @drahardja |

I agree. I hate my smart watch too but I use it because of heart problems.
My preferred timepiece is a Hamilton Khaki Field Officer.
