@fallenhitokiri @geerlingguy It's very common. We live around a lot of playgrounds and it's rare to not see kids there outside of school.

I'm not accusing him of driving recklessly during school hours and it's quite possible the crosswalk sign is a few blocks from a school. It's a bad look and tells me he's going way too fast in a zone that would normally double your speeding ticket and be a much lower speed limit than what a normal road would post.

@martinicat @fallenhitokiri @geerlingguy In the last two states that I lived in, the speed limit is 20 mph during school hours and 30 mph outside of that. I can't speak for where that video was taken but that tells me they were at least 30 to 40 or more miles over the speed limit.

Ya, so bad look, even if it's during a safe time of day.
