I know things in NYC are bad right now. Our mayor sucks. Prospect Park is making the air taste like emphysema. The other thing that happened last week.

@samhenrigold the broker's still gonna get paid and whether the money goes from the renter directly to the broker or through the property owner first won't really make a difference 🤷
The effect with rent caps might last a couple of years, but you can bet that afterwards rents will be relatively higher than before. Is there a reminder bot on here?
