I saw video of it last night and read this morning that 51 people have died from this weather event and many, many people are missing.

@mighty_orbot @zoom_earth 19.3 inches over 8 hours!? I just went through a CAT4 hurricane a couple weeks ago and we had less than half that much rainfall and we're still dealing with flooding.

I can't even imagine 19 inches...
