I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, but you only need a browser and then go to https://osmand.net/map , and made for desktop users in mind?

The UI is definitely *not* optimized for the mobile user, so I suppose if you're mobile you'd end up with the #OsmAnd app.

Yeah, the link doesn't appear to be mentioned in their websites.

You might notice that there's a login option for #OsmAnd pro subscribers.
