What I'm trying to get at is some scoring mechanism for accounts which can be accessed across the fediverse.

So let's say on mastodon.art, I want to search. I provide some token (identity token?) which proves I'm me, and then it does some checks against my account to lower the chances I'm some bot scrapping. The checks can be server-specific.

Unfortunately I think the user identity part kills the idea entirely. You'd know better than me here.
