@henry Hot take: computers *are* bureaucracy. They raise the capacity of a human to deal with inane steps and calculations, and they allow the bureaucrat side to verify more complicated steps and calculations.
To eliminate bureaucracy, you need to go back to people counting on their fingers and carving documents in stone tablets.
