Black to the Future @Adjective_J Listen no one is "vilifying" rich people. They ARE villains. If you run a billion dollar company, give yourself millions in dollars and benefits, but pay your individual workers less than a living wage and give them shitty insurance, what are you if not a villain?

A thing they don't tell you about the "push a button for a million dollars but someone you don't know dies" hypothetical is that literally every billionaire is effectively pressing that button as much as they can all the time because that's how exploitation works.
