I don't want your cookies options to be:

Accept all

Refuse all

Look at cookies and decide which ones I want

And then have those options scroll up the screen faster than I can move the cursor to my selected answer. So unless I'm really fast or lucky, I either end up hitting the wrong answer, or the options evaporate before I can answer (and presumably that opts me in).
