@thomask I've been using Syncthing-Fork from F-droid right from the start (i.e. the last three months). Can't compare it to the original app, but I can attest that the fork works fine and didn't cause any issues for me.
@minoru Good to hear! I saw that one mentioned - I have my fingers crossed the answer on https://github.com/Catfriend1/syncthing-android/issues/1149 will be "yep we're decoupled enough that it won't be a problem"
