But I also understand C-level folks are going to start asking questions when they invested a bunch of money into a certain feature that they themselves can’t see.

And I can also understand developers not wanting to fight that fight and therefore just leaving it as is.

@bramus better than the C-level folks I used to work for, who had ancient Androids that needed to have all the features…

Advertise as "this feature means if you have an old cheap car you still get service" and so pay $employer.
