Gregory's Server@rek I had a similar experience of learning proper oral hygene through my audult years. Even with years of proper bushing and flossing, I still had gum recession. I've added a water pick which helped significantly and objectively by my desntist measuring the pocket size of the gumline. Also flouride mouth wash, mostly to help protect the newly exposed parts of my teeth.

My dentist recommended a water pick, but sadly it's really not practical aboard a boat :/...
