@Codeberg Why? I am not looking forward to telling everyone in my community ‘oh, we were on Codeberg, but they changed their name and now we’re on [whatever new name you’ve come up with]’ @Codeberg I don't think that makes any sense to be honest. That will just create more problems for everyone. @Codeberg Here's 5 internet cents that you have come up with a new name for the "pull-request" just like Gitlab called it a "merge-request". @ashwinvis We actually considered that from time to time. https://codeberg.org/forgejo/discussions/issues/131 mentions this, for example. ~f @Codeberg "one of Microsoft's most popular products" is it the Zune? is OpenZune renaming to LibreZune? @Codeberg Changing the name of Forgejo? I wouldn't be sad because I'm never sure if I'm pronouncing it right? 😅 @Codeberg I have recently moved all my important repositories from Github to Codeberg. I hope your changes go well. Oops, sorry for the confusion! We were actually talking about Luanti (formerly known as Minetest)! We wish the @Minetest team all the best with its rebranding effort: https://blog.minetest.net/2024/10/13/Introducing-Our-New-Name/ For better or worse, we will stick to our established names for Codeberg and Forgejo. |
