This week in #FDroid (TWIF), this time in the correct week :awesome: :

- please do test F-Droid 1.21.0-alpha
- GNU/Linux.ch have a short introduction video about us
- PPSSPP got an update after 9 years
- Ruler (Privacy Friendly) got an update after 8 years
- and also VLC got an update, but only a targetsdk bump, so no new features here
- and a big round of cleaning
