Defiance!

@256 @jake4480 I still have mine! This thing was the pinnacle back then. I worked with Nokia directly on this phone too, to enable the camera phone features. Spent a lot of time in Helsinki and Tampere. Fond memories. Crazy how it all played out since then.

@Defiance whoaa you still have it! hahaha. I wish I still had my Blackberry Storm 1 and 2. I loved those things. Pretty sure I sold em for parts haha

Defiance!

@jake4480 Ah yes, RIM's first touch screen phone. I remember that one.

And yeah, as an app and software developer you tend to have tons of test devices that seem to never make it back to the company lol. I have box somewhere with a bunch of old phones from back when I was in that industry. I'll have to look for it.

@Defiance oh man that would be amazing to see haha. I've kept my last couple Androids but nothing really cool. I had a Palm Treo too hahaha. And later, an LG Chocolate (my kid ruined that one by dropping it in my drink in dinner once 😂), a Nokia candy bar too. Ah, 3 press-texting. And I was using that when I was delivering pizzas hahaha

Defiance!

@jake4480 OMG the T9 texting was impossible for me.

@Defiance it was truly awful. I got used to it. For short things. So awful. 😂

@256

Never had a Nokia, went through Qualcomm, Alcatel, LG and, by the time the N95 came out, a Sony Ericsson with very good speakers that allowed me to listen to Padres games.

Whenever I need a new phone, I still check if there are any good Nokias just in case.
