scaleway is discontinuing C2M instances (which is what i.w. is currently on)

strongly considering moving to hetzner, all I am wondering now is: Do I move to a dedi box, or a virtual one? Virtual is more extendable in the future, but I could always move _again_ if need be, and anyways, for the price that scaleway would make me pay I can get a dedicated box with like 1TB SSD storage, which should last us easily into 2025
