Pixelfed is quite efficient at federation

@loops has over 5K followers and posts are federated efficiently on a single 8 core VPS in less than a minute on average using a configurable async guzzle pool in a queued job.

@dansup @loops All fediverse applications are doing this in their own way right now; seems like it would be a good thing if there was a forum for sharing efficient strategies and tools. (Fediform is probably the thing for that already, although I haven't had a chance to watch last month's presentations yet.) Ghost.org recently said that they scaled up to ten server instances for a similar load.

@dansup @loops big thanks! Hope you also can update the yunohost app for pixelfed, so it supports notifikation :) Users uses the app more when they get notifications! Such a great app! Keep the great work up!!!

@dansup @loops big thanks!! I do think that these apps is great too get new users onboard fediverse! That's why I'm asking for support and updates on yunohost so I can set up my instance and get over my friends to Pixelfed and soon Loops :)
