It'd be amazing if this can go through. We might be able to publish php-wikidiff2 to Debian.
I imagine the hardest challenge, after validating the idea legally, will be defining who/what "The PHP Group" is. It's been vaguely used with no defined process afaik for who's in it or how they'd decide this. The RFC process might be a reasonable defacto way?
