TIP: I did something about 6-7 years ago to avoid #Facebook, #Instagram etc using my data.
I deleted all my accounts and unsubscribed from #Meta.
@jeremy_pm @ricmac I went a step further, MANY years ago. I never signed up for any #Meta products, ever. I have always actively blocked them in my browser as well. I never trusted Zuck and I have yet to be proved wrong on that. FWIW: Generative AI is a nightmare looking for an actual benefit to people. It uses source material without recognition, much less remuneration, and produces what can only be described as a mix of reality and BS. My 2 cents...
