@chad I was considering a Tesla before Musk's shakedown of the stockholders and authoritarian and racist tirades. Even without that, an electric vehicle still might be difficult to have as an only vehicle as charging is not yet ubiquitous enough for long distance trips to many places.
@profdc9 I've considered the charging perspective and knowing that we can travel from one end of Canada to the other on the Trans Canada with level 2 charging, and that I can visit my family in central Alberta and come home without charging, this isn't really a concern.
We'd be taking this car on a trip to Victoria from Edmonton in February if I go for it.
