@ben It's a mono culture problem due to Chromium's popularity, and one that Google is behind and benefits from. It makes it easier for Google to control the web. The more diversity the better.
@ben@macberg@Vivaldi Because, at the end of the day, you're still using google and giving them a % of web usage, so companies (even Microsoft) stop working on alternatives and we end with only one solution.
And, will you trust Google to not mess with chromium in the future? I wouldn't.
