I was more referring to graphical artists, but give it some patience and for sure they'll get back again. oh, I only saw this clarification after answering "yes".  @crazy_pony I think it was my fault for not clarifying. But in the end it's ok since most people have their own understanding of what an artist is. So if you consider somebody an artiust and you purchased form it then just say yes. :) @crazy_pony @itchi5 If you're looking for collars and cuffs, I know @CairoSteele makes some nice stuff. Not sure who to point you at for masks and the like though. @EddiKat   @itchi5 Define artist. I'm on a server with ttrpg people, a lot of whom write and sell games, and yes, I've bought some of them. @cwdolunt Not sure what ttrpg means, but the question was refering to graphical artists. (illustrators, graphic designers, cartoonists etc) Hope that cleared it up. :) And thanks for supporting the gamers! Ah ok that makes sense indeed. And this post has gone slightly viral so I gues you can vote for the wide vatriety of artists. The important question is if mastodon is already a working channel for artists. @itchi5 I appreciate the wonderful variety of art that pops up in my feed and I like the idea of supporting artists. I've purchased a few items that grabbed my attention.  @itchi5@illo.social I bought a stack of pixel art pie stickers for my coworkers that collect stickers. @itchi5 I bought a great puzzle from @nervous_jessica, bought things from @colossalโs shop, and Iโm sure Iโm forgetting others but those two are top of mind.  @itchi5 I voted "no" but only because there's no plausible way for me to actually buy something over the fediverse. I've seen several things I *would* buy if there were ways to get money across. @itchi5 I'm not sure I see the distinction. If they can't accept payment in a form I can deliver there's no way for me to purchase. For example, if you see a post on fediverse from an artist that says 'support me on patreon' with a link. @itchi5 Which is something I can't do because Patreon doesn't accept RMB payments via avenues like Alipay. That's exactly what I'm talking about.  @itchi5 Does giving money via kofi count? Tea towels, calendars, greeting cards, a small painting, desktop wallpaper, music, T-shirts, etc.   @itchi5 the last few games I bought where indie titles shared by their creators on Fedi.  @itchi5 Most of the furry art I've commissioned has been from people I've found on the fediverse. ^.^ |

Almost universally, the kind of mask makers and other kinky suits and accesoires that i would commission right out this minute, have either left the fediverse or never wanted to be here
