@monkey1 I really like the lottery as a base for politics. I've just finished reading Kristen Ghodsee's Everyday Utopia, it helps understand some aspects of Plato's ideas in Republic, I remember not quite getting what Plato meant by organizing row houses like soliders camps, well worth a read if you're looking into alternatives arrangements of humans. Also, The Dawn Of Everything, but you've probably read that one already. |
