@davidh@mike It is supposed to follow our “Fixed context menu order" behavior setting, but there might be a bug. It's no different than Apple's context menus (which we let you choose the preferred order with that setting).
@ivory@mike Just tried flipping that setting a few times and it seems to not affect the overflow menu. I did that quickly though so I may have made a mistake somewhere.
