I never stop hearing about Telegram groups exchanging illegal and disgusting content since I knew about the app in 2021.

I'm not even sure what that does mean to "moderate" a private-secured messaging service.

Are we really expecting every data exchange mechanism to be spyable?

@reeter @NullTheFool @smeg Telegram chats aren’t encrypted, unless using the secret chat feature (which almost nobody uses). People use the group channels, which are just regular plain text.
